Chiyoung didn't do anything wrong.....

That's really bad reasoning. If he was keeping Gi in a relationship against his will despite having the ability to break their bond any time that's forcing him into a relationship. Consent isn't only necessary for sex. That's really bad and they're weirdly glossing over it just like some of Gi's bad behavior. And Chiyoung doesn't get a free pass to behave badly just because he's the bottom or because Gi is a jerk.

He couldn't break the bond until just now though??? So no he didn't do anything wrong, as the moment he realized he could he did. The entire season he was waiting to get rid of Gi. Also don't forget that he was practically groomed by Gi for 2 years (he was only 17 when they met) and didn't know that he was doing the bond in the first place

I may be misunderstanding, but my reasoning was based on ch 50 where the villain says "have you still not told your ESPER that your class is high enough to break your bond?"

Throughout the story we see that chiyoung himself only came to realize later that his class is much higher than F class. I believe until this moment, with the villain saying that, he didn't know it was possible to break the bond in the first place (which is why he was finding other ways to run away from Gi)
