A reincarnation manga that i read back then...

There was this manga that i read once... It's partly hazy, but I do recall that it was a villainess story. A wild one at that.

I can't recall the girl's appearance, but I do remember that this one had scenes where she possesses a whip that was joked about being the lasso/whip of justice, since the parts of it being used in one of the panels show that she whipped some justice on burglars and other baddies...

And i do recall this one part where she was unaware of who she was when she reincarnated.

But the maid told her later on that she was actually notorious for her reputation and also for her whip. Whenever she doesn't like about something from her servants and those who knew her....

And its not an ADULT manga!

Its fantasy, i think shojo, and also a full colored one with comedy. I think I was at the half or closest to the end since one of her closest people ended up wishing to go back from the start since they love the Female lead/Villainess... but she already got in love with someone else or smth... and also kids.
there was this scene where she replaced her lasso with the feather when she was back in the moment when she reincarnated in that body. She did it to change a certain past where one of her male servants got scars when her female closest maid did the punishment in her stead before she was told about her reputation and who she was...

But when she did change it... Instead of being terrifying... It became disturbing since the female maids were screaming in delight, as the male servants were crying for one of their men being tortured by the FL/Villainess' Maid with a stupid feather while blushing from embarrassment. even the guy that was being tortured was bothered somehow.... So she intervened like she did last time, but was now even more shocked, irritated and taken aback from what was originally painful, now become really stupid!!!
