What's with JK ears? Sorry haven't read much the earlier chapters

Maybe it’s not common knowledge but he has cauliflower ears. You get it from excessive trauma to the ear. It’s causes blood/pus to fill the ear and results in the large ear. It’s fixed by draining the ear. Many boxers/mma fighters tend to have cauliflower ears.
