He actually has gotten better about how he delivers information (he’s a lot nicer compared to even the beginning of s2) , but he does need to work on regulating his emotions/temper
Did he even grow up in a good environment before that uncle found him? Who would be normal after being abandoned and abused by your own parents? Sure he was an asshole but there's still a chance to change, you're saying it as if he doesn't even have a chance to change.
