Yes growth isnt sudden but it isnt slow either he better begin to learn before dan. Completely falls to deep and hes starting to tip
Tbh he is going pretty fast. He is quick to realise his fault and now instead of denying it he is making amendments. He is still rough around the edges ( i blame that on his "tough love" upbringing).
But I will not lie, i enjoy seeing him panic and i wouldn't mind dan giving him more scares (cuz i know in the end it's a happy ending)

I like this chapter. The characters didn't do a whole 180 they are still coming in terms with this new changes. They are still awkward and understanding their flaws ( specifically jk) and trying to fix them. Healing takes time and it's ok.
