
...the yandere stuff idk. But hallucinations r common. Ive seen studies that said driving sleep deprived is more dangerous than drinking and driving. The older you are and the less sleep you get a night can have permanent damage to your brain. There's a man who did so for a week and was never able to recuperate. It was for a radio station back when they were all the rage and very little research was done in the field. Died a short time after despite being perfectly healthy before.
So yes. Sleep is crucial to being healthy. It's how ur brain catalogs all the things it's done and even asleep your brain is working as if it's awake.
Therefore to anyone reading this, Get some nice quality sleep whenever you can and don't underestimate naps.
Sometimes i wonder if someone could really completely lose their marbles like this from lack of sleep, resorting to yandere imprisoning. But eh, i understand he's probably going through the worst breakup ever with PTSD on the side /s
