It's weird because this community gets so angry at alpha's who treat omegas like nothing more than broodmares, but then do the exact same thing in the comments whenever there's even a hint that pregnancy is possible. If there's an omegaverse or straight romance manhwa where there aren't babies or pregnancy the community gets incredibly upset.

I want babies tho. If I don't have them in real life, then let me have them in fiction. I want to see chubby baby face that looks like the main characters (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
But we're not treating them as broodmares, though. We want (and greatly appreciate) wholesome, loving relationships with green flag semes who treat their partners right and vice versa.
The whole point of omegaverse was to open the door to the parallel universe of mpreg. You can't blame us for getting excited when that wish is fulfilled. We read plain yaoi, but we don't go crazy about babies there because that is set in our plain old regular universe. Let us enjoy this when we do get it.
Btw the babies are cute. We're all just looking for some cuteness to soothe our timelines
I don't know about your better than us attitude. We are reading a fictional story with porn and a few kinks, weird would be if it people weren't commenting about that. Omegaverse was created to explain cis male pregnancy and explore gender dynamics in a time where female characters weren't that well developed and in consequence not that attractive to write about or just didn't exist enough.
You could have just made an analysis about the why instead of being negative. I think many of the readers (even the ones wanting pregnancy) would have loved to give their own opinion.
I'm not interested in getting pregnant (for me is like body horror and cancer has fucked me up enough to want more modifications in my body) but exploring in a superficial/kinky way is very fun to me. Funnily enough, I don't like when i read "straight" romance seeing the fl getting pregnant, I guess I tend to relate way more to them so I don't want to see them during the pregnancy.
