it's not uncommon for artists to get burned out or develop wrist/hand injuries. it's possible the publishers will hire an assistant artist to help, or if the artist can be given hiatus time to relax, but i'm not sure how that's done, maybe if enough people request it. but the producers won't listen unless you contact them through an official channel with payment history associated.
I get what you're saying, but as an artist and an animator myself, we do a shit ton of repetitive drawing, getting our hand/wrist hurt, our shoulder blades could've popped out on it's own (this happens to me a lot) you can't really blame the artist, they're working everyday to fill in the deadlines (if anything webtoon artists are also corposlaves), and if they have little to no assistant, I'm sure the workload is heavier, I didn't really notice the inconsistency too much because I was very much reading for the plot.

I’m telling you guys right now that the art just gets lazier and lazier. It’s downgraded so much that each panel is inconsistent and the characters are looking like a different person every time. I stopped at chapter 60 on the raws and I’ve got to say I don’t find the characters attractive anymore chopped if anything…
