No one sleeps with other people exactly, but there is a scene where ML gets possessed by an evil entity and kind of forces himself on MC but it’s a little more ambiguous consent than straight up rape. Also there’s a CW at the top of that chapter so you can skip it if you want and still be able to follow the plot.
