He obviously looks small because he's ill af, he's had a heart transplant. Has probably never seen a gym in his life, cut him some slack. I wouldn't expect someone who has been ill all his life to look like a normal person. It isn't always about pedos you degenerates.

As the comments have pointed out the mc does very much look like a young boy in middle school which isn’t a good look on anyone reading this so I’m opting out
