Meh he mostly did that because he was scared of losing Hyunjin's friendship lol which is understandable but still selfish and manipulative

well i dont like how he tries to match Hyunjin with Cheongho, but it turns well
You treasure a friendship by treasuring the person. Manipulating him using Cheongho to get him to secretly give up wasnt done to spare Hyunjin being hurt, he knew perfectly well he'd also get hurt this way, it was so he could avoid actually facing Hyunjin's feelings. Again, it's totally understandable but it was selfish.
That and the fact that he also had zero knowledge on Cheongho but was still fine throwing his "dear" friend into his arms if it meant he'd move on from him
He's not lying when he says he isn't a good person
ooh i thought the sunbae would be filler character…and then when he revealed he knows everything, I dislike him a bit
But now I realise he is a good person who just want to protect Hyunjin’s heart
