no literally go back to earlier chapters and he looks like a normal guy TT pls they twinkified him into silliness
still he looks normal right after the transplant the difference is so absurd and hurts my eyes (or anyone in general)
some ppl r forgetting that the mc js literally got admitted in the hospital and was in a coma for 2 years and dont forget he was probably suffering with depression before the attempt he did so hes bound to be small
