If we put logic. ML already an adult as well. He HAD grew old and die in the first time line. (if his memories is intact from those days, doesn't that mean he's already old too?)
You just call MC groom only because she had her memory intact from 400 years ahead. When She back to the past, her age also reset and be same like ML's.
