Maybe because the maid also ended up loving the king.... the queen probably wants to see lumiere happy and hate the king at the same time but she cant do anything at that point. What if she actually ended up killing the king the moment lumiere died ??? (I forgot if the king is alive or dead on the present plz correct me if im wrong)
I’m wondering if it’s because Lumiere didn’t actually love the King back? It sounded like she did it as a favor to the queen, maybe it was because the Queen couldn’t give birth? In the end since she obviously loved her son the Queen tried poisoning him to get rid of him out of jealousy but Lumiere was the one who ate his food first. That’s my theory
Why didn't the queen kill the king tho if loved the maid soo much. I mean the king had the fault he took her maid impregnated her and had a child with her.
