I actually gave up looking for it too! It was a coincidence that I felt like reading 5 seconds, I thought all chapters were about the first story. It completely slipped my mind that it was an anthology
I read this manga a few years back about 3 friends where the mc was the smart handsome dude with 2 athlete friends that always beat each other up (turns out their were masochists) then mc discovers they fuck behind closed doors to satisfy their desire of the mc and mc joins in and beats them and they beat mc too
