He does continue to work as AV actor, there's an arc in which the MC is kind of frustrated about it but ends up accepting it. If you don't like it, i recommend not to read it!

I would read because it's not like we actually see a while sequence of Seo doing his job it becomes an issue but us then resolved through lovely communication. I think it's a bit long and the stalker arc was repetitive unnecessary drama but it's worth reading at least once.
It's okay! It's not for everyone. I personally didn't like it but in later chapters it was barely mentioned. I just want to see how it ends lol
