And another thing why can't she just directly tell the ml that she doesn't what her engagement yet ? I mean she is a strong confident women who is very good at her job, and is now taking care of the world tree.୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨
Maybe the fact that misogony is still present in the novel, and that the reason why "it doesn't matter if you are stong women and have a great job but if u r not married or have a guy in ur life you won't be happy" king of thinking is present in this story.乁| ･ ･ |ㄏ
I am reading this story cause I wanna know about the world tree but if a point came where the ml and fl become insufferable i might drop this.¯(◉‿◉)/¯
Honestly, she needs to know how to stand her ground and have boundaries. It's still so early to judge but this story better have the most mindblowing character development because it has so much potential.

I also feel weird when sometimes she is so confident and other times she gets soooo timid, like girly u earned the things you have in your life, be proud of it.

This story would've been more entertaining if the ML was not in the picture:) he acts like the male leads that readers usually eat up but he is written so badly he's like all over the place.
