Towards the age gap, yes it’s there and yes riku is still very young and even a bit immature. But no one is reading this because of the fact that riku is only 18 and hopefully no one is actually confusing fiction with reality.
Just because i like to read psychological horror doesn’t mean that I want to brutally murder and mindfuck people. A lot of victims of sexual abuse still consume media containing rape etc not because they actually want this to happen again - and I can’t believe I need to spell it out like that. This is fiction.
Anyways … The covers are gorgeous I actually like Keiki. It’s a shame that this started off with basically assault draped in the cause of Rikus sudden heat. Keiki is quite gentle and seems really reasonable compared to many other alphas.
I like how he isn’t isolating riku at all, how he’s asking another alpha and potential rival for help, all that just to make sure riku feels safe and comfortable.
