The author's health really deteriorated during the time when they were making it. They originally had lots of ideas how to make this bl also another master piece. But due to their health they rushed it.

I hoped her team/management just let her announce a hiatus so she can rest and come back instead of rushing it.

From what I know, it may be the author's last work. I don't know what the actual health reason is but they physically can't continue drawing for a long series. I too hope that they recover fast.
I did not like the story as much as I love “the beast must die” that was a masterpiece.. i think author was really suitable for that genre unlike this one..
the storyline was exciting on the first few chapters but as the story progress.. it felt just suffocating for both characters trying to figure out how to make their relationship work.. the ending is rushed so im not sure if author was pressured to finish this story or whatnot
