no romance and no harem, there some minor events but all the female characters have selfcontrol
There is no romance. And I won't spoil but mc character gets better in my opinion when something happens to him and kinda changes his viewing. But im not sure if that would be for you too bc I didn't really have a problem with his character

I would really continue this if his personality change..I kinda see him as someone who has big ego..for some reason and the way he doesn't care that much for other people around him not unless if it's someone his close with.. huhuhuhu maybe I Just don't like mcs who doesn't see some people values just because of how intimate their relationship is..
He is a little softer later on but I wouldn't say he cares about people that his not close with. Like he cares about those extra parties even tho they are kinda not important, im not sure you would like him.

Huh I'll give it straight to ya. It's seems you want a extrovert of a Mc. Our MC is not and he won't be from the spoils. So if you expect him to be caring towards strangers... yup nope.
He cares bout his survival and that of his people.
He's not big on "EGo" as you say, he's just rational and not on emotions and feelings except lil cracks.
Of course it's my opinion that I see him as someone who has big ego, and bro literally has a big ego.. especially after seeing him fight a summon that has a 3 star..what would you call that? But yeah they're literally gonna get what they deserve after messing with his people. And it's ok to have big ego if the "creator" which is the one playing the game is favoring him

Gang, I'm currently in the 20 chapter..but I'm having a hard time to decide if I should drop this I not because I'm not really a big fan of the mc's personality..and I know there's no harem (not yet if there is..) but I don't really like it when a opposite gender doesn't put boundaries for themselves..I hate it when I'm reading a action manhwa then the author decided to add a Romance it's just ruined my mood to read it..agh idk ig I'll just drop this.
