Ruby was always an unreliable narrator for me. She was a "real" person who stuck inside her fav book at first but there is no progress about that plot till now. Who was she irl, how did she ended up inside the book, what happened in the original book and what will happen now that she changed roles... ? Nothing.
After seeing Caeser's POV I kinda got excited about story telling. Maybe Ruby is the "unreliable" one from the beginning and we gonna see how everything actually is. I wish.
