You gotta realize that in the 99th run, he needed a party of 5. Maybe this is also so people dont hinder him in acquiring said 5 members- this would also help much more in the future if he needs a large group to tackle something down (not looking like he'll need their help anytime soon)
Think he mentioned it from the start that he needs people to be scared of him, so he can use his influence in some situations
I wonder why he cares what the other people think. This is like his 100th time doing ts and he cares about them shunning him? To gain reputation maybe? I just feel like it isn’t something he should be caught on-> proving himself to strangers.
