From what I understand, the ML was severely punished for killing his dad. I think he was given two options : execution or slavery and he ended up becoming a slave.But I think the Lester family helped him avoid death since they mentioned saving him from the tower(something like that) I believe his aunt, the current lord of Kallahk, and the Lester family might have had something to do with the whole situation. Because the Ml was next in line to the throne since it mention that his uncle gave him his position because he didn’t had no kids. (I think )

I'm 50 chapters in and I still don't understand how the MC became a slave because he had a seizure.
Was there some kind of coup attempt which failed? Was he then spared his life but made a slave instead? Did he actually kill his father?
His flashbacks are all so confusing, I don't understand anything that's happening at this point.
