It's not,her brother and severo are villians who have put her through a lot. I believe when they were younger ,karzen would physically abuse her. Severo made her an alcoholic and wants to get rid of her coz he views her as a threat to Karzen. The reason why the cover is like that is coz both karzen and severo are sexually attracted to her but despite their attraction they have no qualms with using and abusing her.

Twin brother to be exact haha. Actually he's way more creepier in the novel,like he's very touchy and once even tried to kiss her. The manhwa has toned it down a lot but unfortunately it kinda ends up whitewashing karzen since we dont get to see how much of a creep he is and how miserable he makes raha feel.
