Times were different back then. In America in the late 80s and 90s teachers could still throw chalk at students in class. Nowadays teachers can’t even touch the students without their permission. I remember my brother getting whacked across his butt with a ruler by the principal. It’s just a generational thing. I think a lot of parents don’t even hit their kids these days. Nobody grows up with woopin’s anymore.
