Atp we still can't say Bada is an npc for sure IMO. I mean if we think about it, if a player's tape is removed they'll also act as npcs. Soooo what's the difference really between npc Bada and the players that removed their tapes? For all we know Bada could have been in the game first before Doha and the others arrived

What happens to Bada after the game ends? He's an NPC so does he come back to the real world?
I think Doha knows about this and is trying to play the game indefinitely so that he and Bada can stay together
