You know, the breeze you get when walking by the sea, it feels like a concentrate of the invigorating sea side breeze ? :-)
(Definitely not fishy, not vegetables, more like ... A little bit of spirulina but salty and iode-rich!
But i suppose there is other ingredients in that < algae soup > so they give their taste too !! This one seems spicy ? What do the korean people use together with the algae in < the korean algae soup > ? I wonder !
Algae soup , is it like seaweed soup? Anyone has eaten it? Does it taste like vegetables, spirulina or fishy?
