Actually we don't know his true intentions yet and I doubt it's just for the money...I mean he is definitely glad to not have a debt anymore but I don't believe that's the reason he did all that... Personally I think he used the mom to get closer to the daughter. Rosa has always been his target and even the synopsis mentions that they have a past encounter? Btw I also don't believe the mother knows nothing and just genuinely likes him enough to marry him...She is a business woman who is filthy rich with a dominant personality...She kinda fishy too with her attitude...
