What?? What case is it?? That's crazy
There's no english articles about it as far as i'm aware, but it happened in finland in 2023. The guy was a military personnel, and he got 9 years in prison (the original sentence was only 4 years...)

This chapter reminded me of a case that happened in my country recently. There was this sadist Captain that held his "sex slaves" in a root cellar and cut one of his victim's penis off with a dull kitchen knife (among other things of course).
