Just because a FICTIONAL character happens to be on the shorter and/or petite side doesn't automatically make them a "child" or with a "child like" appearance. The issue isn't the author, the issue is you and other individuals jumping to the conclusion of pedophilia. There haven't been ANY romantic interactions between Ji-Woon and Tae-Oh in their suspected past life when Ji-Woon is a child and Tae-Oh is an adult ( or god, however you look at it)—because if there were, that's crossing ethical boundaries. Given that, there are many characters built like Ji-Woon, whether it's male or female bottoms. It's just a standard dynamic.
By your logical, nearly half of manhwa authors are pedophiles because they draw their bottoms similarly to Ji-Woon.
