Can you spoil the original story?
Well by now the ml found out about his illness and that he's with him for "pity", and mc illness starts to progress and he gets hospitalized, a woman talks with ml and he goes to the hospital and stays with mc. Some things happens and mc leaves the hospital with ml and goes to like a mountain by the sea, well I don't remember much because I read in Korean with help of Google. In the end they both commits suicide..

So, are they not following the original work, or are they just expanding it to put in more drama? I read the raws, and it ended the first season, but the way it ended, there's nothing like the original... And I don't want more drama... the original was already too sad.
