Unless Lynn dies. Sue constantly refuses to treat her, she's manipulating Lynn's medical results and a new heart. We can only hope for a happy ending but I'm not sure how long Lynn's heart can go on. Especially now, when it's not only physically but also emotionally broken. By saying game over she pretty much said she's giving up and will die so she's lost the will to live. It's the worst case scenario.
