She's the singularity that Mr Nia mentioned, she's built different it seems which is the reason why the mk is obessed with her, her uhh seemingly distorted ability to not feel fear of these cosmic beings
More like why or how did she become a singularity because as far as I know she is a living being and fear is a necessity for survival. And when she started feeling weird the landscape started decaying. Is the world already over or was that a reflection of her mind?
Is she living in the end of the world? Does this mean she's being kept alive as entertainment to the chaos? Why doesn't she experience instinctual fear?
