I think it's a cultural thing that doesn't translate well in english. In chinese I call my sister "little sister" 小妹妹, I presume it is similar in korean too

Def a cultural thing. My siblings will sometimes call me “Anako” which means “my baby/child” or “ading” which is like “lil brother/sister” since I’m the youngest in my family but I’m In my twenties xD They’ve called me that since I was a baby and it just stuck
