I might be wrong since I'm not exactly politically savvy, but isn't it a huge oversight for a monarch to unilaterally end a marriage w/o first ACTUALLY getting to know the other side?
Like, he made an assumption as if their laws & culture's absolute & shared by the entire world....
Isn't that incredibly arrogant for a monarch? Doesn't that indicate that he may not actually be a good ruler?
