Yeah, I've been noticing that manhwa's are getting higher rating even when the art is not good (wooden expressions, bland generic (but good looking) characters) and the story is melodramatic mess.
Fr tho, it really feels like there’s this formula to make stuff sell, the same boring pattern over and over in manhwas these days. It’s so hard to find stories that are actually good and not just the same generic characters with a generic plot. Not saying being generic is always bad, but damn, when it’s all the same it just gets boring af. Feels like it’s getting harder and harder to find really interesting manhwas lately
I loved Ukai, so sensitive, so gentle! He’s so beautiful too, I really loved him. Such a great story! I don’t know how it doesn’t have a higher rating, but either way, it’s amazing how his first love influenced his life in such a positive way and helped him learn to love again. Another beautiful work from this author!
