The protags are a guy who's a makeup artist, and a girl who is plain. iirc, the girl enjoys photography. and the guy wanted a model he can transform. they enter a modeling contest or sumn. one of the challenges, all the red lipsticks get destroyed coz a competitor sabotaged them, so the girl uses a green lipstick instead and does a monochrome photo to make the green appear "red"
