Doha tried once, in early chapters where Bada was about to get tortured by the killer in the basement. Doha said he couldnt take it off. Meanwhile, the villager were hostile when Jaesob asked him for help, he even stabbed Bae.

While running away from the killer, Bada, Jaesob and Hyungshin come across a hanging bridge, a sealed-off tunnel, and a villager. When they attempt to approach the villager to try and ask for help, the villager tries to stab them.
Deadass why have they never tried unmasking the killer?? Or captured him to talk with him?? Same thing with that villager…something ain’t adding upI feel like that is something that will fr change the story
