Because dohu at first approached juheon because he got inspired from him and juheon when he found out thought that dohu didn't have feelings for him at and was just using him. Even though dohu caught feelings later on

juheon found out abt dohu intially approaching him as inspo for his character (ult motive) but also it was lowkey bcos of his aunt who told him to get his act together or she would do something abt dohu (i think she showed him a pic of him w dohu but idk)

So Juheon found out the truth that dohu was using him for bl top inspiration. To juhoen, people using him is his biggest insecurity. It got worse because of dohu not being able express himself. In juheon's mind the one person he finally let in wasn't just using him but also didnt have feelings for him.

There is a slight blame on juheon for not understanding that dohu has issues with his feelings and being more patient with him. At the time dohu didnt even know what he was feeling. But that blame is very very slight.
