I don't remember the exact chapter but they show that Karlyle meets Ash when he is with Nicholas (Kyle's partner). I think there was a misunderstanding between the characters because Karlyle (and also Kyle I think) find Ash and Nicholas together; that's why at first Ash thinks Karlyle has a bad opinion about him and that's also why Kyle doesn't likes Ash very much.

Their first meeting is the New Year's Kiss. Their third meeting is when they make their deal together. When does their second meeting happen which is apparently some kind of fight or conflict which leaves a bad impression on each other? Which chapter is it?
