yeah same i won't forgive them, but at least the dad still admitted his mistakes and knew he didn't really raise ilya in a very loving environment. he didn't try his best to fix their relationship right now, it's just that ilya also came to understand the underlying actions of his father. still doesn't erase his childhood and history though but yeah (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
From what I remember omegas didn't usually receive education at all, but Ilya did and he believed he did only because he was royalty. But he was given an education so that he could survive outside of his home nation, and it did help him in the future. But yeah, his father did only show affection now because Ilya is not *just* an omega, he's older and a monarch. Initially he even rejected seeing Ilya, wanting Ilya to just leave as well.
U mean to tell me Ilya grew up without a crumb of affection and now that he's older and has found family all of a sudden his dad is affectionate and is proud of him?
