I think Josh has been very clear about wanting Chase sexually(and not really otherwise). Chase points out that Josh looses his mind when ever Josh looks at him. This attention to Josh I think shows how focused Chase is on Josh without chase really acknowledging his early obsession. Then Josh very candidly states that chase can "kill him in bed" when he is serving him lunch. Josh also had no issue stepping in to get Chase a quicky when he was pushing into rut from the omega pheromones showing that Josh is definitely ok with touching Chase.
