Well Shounen ai = BL so it’s definitely that, Yaoi is a kind of outdated (and somewhat derogatory iirc) term so a smut tag would probably be better. If it’s pwp then a BL and Hentai tag would be more appropriate but they don’t have a hentai tag so ig maybe adult or mature idk
