They don't have modern technology where they rot their brains doom scrolling. They literally read and read and study politics over and over every day. They attend courts and by the time they're 15, they already can become officials by taking state exams.

You'd be surprised. Kids are VERY smart. When you soak them into a certain environment they absorb it like a sponge.
For example, some insanely incredibly talented kids that can speak 5+ languages by the time they're 4. Kids winning nationals in violin and piano by the time they're 6-10.
Many kids are crazy smart when given the right environment and right timing.
