I get curious about that too but whenever I watch porn (of various kinds) just to see how realistic these fiction nsfw stuff is, they're really not the same, those levels of ecstasy in fiction are really just an exaggeration, u can't find it irl or in porn (unless the actors are exaggeratedly acting or........they're high)
If one could achieve such level of ecstasy in real life... I often catch myself jealo- *cough-cough* umm, wondering, if even possible, how would it feel, you know.. to be THAT overstimulated.. would it feel good? Would it hurt? But I guess it's just a porn thing, like the exaggerated and unaccurate anatomy and shit ¯_(ツ)_/¯
