Most of the time, it's as unrealistic as an AV - or have you ever, e.g., watched a lifelike porn movie where the actor couldn't go in without (at least some) previous foreplay and preparation? With actual sex noises like vaginal farts? Where she doesn't cry out as if she was about to be slaughtered, all whilst making embarrassing ahegao faces? Where she suddenly had to jump up and pee right after the intercourse?
