Holy shit...that's straight up evil. if he was the reason for his brother's sudden health deterioration, then I would start hating him cause he indirectly and selfishly caused Laurea misfortune and sadness by making the guy she loved incompetent and with an inferiority complex...I bet he drove him out of the wedding too so he can be his brother's replacement. what a cunning bastard XD
I'm guessing the ML was obsessed with the FML and poisoned his brother to make him "sickly" to try to get rid of him and break the engagement, and then when the wedding came up, he tricked the brother into meeting with him and he killed him or something so he could take his place as the groom.
