But well it's a Cesar's problem and not Ruby's problem. He can seek therapy now, or kill his father, idc. Ruby deserves to get free from this family

I get you, he was just trying to protect his sister in his own twisted way. He doesn't know how to do it in another way, since that is the way he was raised, so he just repeats his parents mistake. I don't hate him, even if he's action are wrong. He's just a poor soul who needed someone to be there for him, as he was once a child who needed protection and grew up into an adult that is still powerless against those who harm him and his sister ( even if he is totally obsessed with her but thats another story). As an adult and an older sister, I kind of understand why he did all that and I could never put blame on him. He's just a victim, in the end, and those who simply say they don't care or hate him have just not tried to understand him
You'll change your opinion when you read the novel. Cezar is sooooo much worse in the novel. The reason why people hate him is because of Ruby.
No matter the circumstances, no matter how you grew up, it's never an excuse to behave the way you do. Is it a reason? Yes.
Because the thing is, would you face the victim of the 'victim' and be like: "oh, sorry he treating you like this. But he too is a victim of circumstances :c" nah. hell nah, pak that.
Do i feel bad for childhood Cezar? Yes.
But he decided to choose to be the monster he is, in fact he enjoys being the monster he is. (Novel Cezar; i personally hate how watered down he is in the manhwa. Because the novel describes how so much worse he is as a person. Since in the Novel he does enjoy hurting Ruby.)
Guess I'm the only one that sympathizes with ruby and her brother lol. He's an adult now, he deserves jail. But I can't say I wouldn't beat on my sister if I was brainwashed/abused, sorry. Doesn't sound like me, but if you found the right method of torture..........R.I.P.
