the pronouns are all wrong i think. Whenever he says he it sounds more like he is referring to himself. or when he says I it sounds more like referring to the brother in conversation. kinda just going off context clues here lol
Yes! Unfortunately that happens when MTL is used for the translation. The brother says "In the end, I dug my own grave" when it is more likely he is referring to the MC than himself.
MTL like google and papago tend to change the pronouns when translating :(

If you are confused, they are talking about the fiancee. Uke is asking why seme is spending time in his room instead of going with her.
