They used to always be so much better. such a shame that these days it’s bad if not worse. Sigh
Official translation…? But they completely removed the Sunbae/Hoobae dynamic of their relationship. Minhwan speaks to JY formally/polite speech 100% of the time. He’s very proper and polite. He calls him “SUNBAE”, not JY.
JY speaks casually and with affection towards Minhwan. I appreciate the translations don’t get me wrong, but taking away their dynamic really takes away a lot from their affection towards each other. there’s warmth and affection that’s missing.
